Key Activities:
- Provided expert advice on student experience and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to the successful Equitix/Engie bid team.
- Contributed to the design and delivery of 496 new energy-efficient student rooms, a 482-space multi-storey car park, and the refurbishment of 734 existing rooms.
- Championed student experience considerations throughout the project, ensuring student input informed design and operational aspects.
- Successfully supported the consortium in securing the project, which is scheduled for completion in September 2024.
