Managed the acquisition of 37 luxury apartments (including four shell and core penthouses) in Southbank Tower in 2018 on behalf of a global family office.
Oversaw the investment in one of London’s most prominent residential developments, a 41-storey tower offering exclusive five-star amenities and panoramic city views.
Managed the letting and ongoing management of the majority of the apartments.
