Key Activities:
- Identified and introduced the opportunity to acquire a 50% stake in a 1,239-bed student accommodation joint venture with the University of York to Foresight, on behalf of a major UK pension fund.
- Coordinated the due diligence process for the acquisition of Goodricke College and Langwith College.
- Secured a long-term Management Services Agreement to provide ongoing asset management services for Foresight and its client.
- Deliver comprehensive asset management services, including:
- Financial management, reporting, and budgeting
- Oversight of hard and soft facilities management (FM) and lifecycle services
- Management of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)
- Debt reporting and covenant management
